These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between the Haybajee platform and its users. By accessing or using the Haybajee website, mobile app, or any of its services, you agree to be bound by all provisions of these Terms.

• Providing false information about your age is a serious violation and will result in account closure.

• Multiple withdrawal requests made on the same day may be combined into a single transaction.

General Bonus Policy

• Each bonus offer applies once per account unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Bonus balances that are not used within the specified period will be automatically forfeited.
• It may not always be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, Haybajee reserves the right to investigate and cancel the relevant bonus.

Certain rules apply when using Haybajee's betting services. These rules apply equally to all users.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless Haybajee offers a specific "cash out" option.
• Haybajee reserves the right to void any bets recorded at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Bets associated with match fixing or any other unethical activity will be voided and the account may be closed.
• In Live Betting, delays in data feeds may result in bets not being accepted in certain situations.
• A maximum bet limit may apply to a single event. This limit varies by market.
• If an event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.

Haybajee reserves the right to accept or decline any bet. Accounts may be investigated if unusual betting patterns are detected.

Haybajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violating any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Involvement in bonus abuse or match fixing.
• Evidence of money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process.

• Users can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• You can temporarily deactivate your account for a set period using the self-exclusion feature.
